About Kerry
Kerry is a native of Lee County and has spent her entire career in healthcare focusing on women’s health. She has 10 years of experience in intrapartum care, helping women navigate their pregnancies and birth experiences. She has worked at several facilities across the country. She had seven years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse before becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife. Kerry initially practiced as a midwife at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando, Florida, which is the third busiest birthing hospital in the United States.
Kerry’s professional goal is to be able to educate and empower women to understand their bodies and the changes that they will experience throughout their lifespan. She is very focused on encouraging the patient to be fully involved in the planning and decision making of their personal healthcare, as well as understanding all of the options that are available to them. In her free time, Kerry is passionate about traveling the world with her family and learning from different cultures. She has visited 21 countries so far and plans to visit many more in the coming years.
