New Patient Appointment
Welcome to Premier Women’s Care of Southwest Florida.
Patients who are newly pregnant cannot schedule their first appointment on the patient portal, as they will need to have an ultrasound, which must be scheduled on the phone. If you are newly pregnant, please call (239) 432-5858 to schedule your appointment.
To schedule a new patient appointment:
1. Create an account in our Patient Portal.
2. Book your new patient appointment. In the Additional Notes, enter:
- Your address
- Name of your insurance provider
- Insurance ID number
- Group number
- Reason for your visit.
3. Please review our office policies.
