About Amy

With more than 35 years in nursing, including two decades in nurse midwifery, Amy Borkowski, CNM, MSN, APNP, APRN has extensive knowledge and experience caring for diverse populations. She provides compassionate care to women through a patient- and family-centered, holistic approach.

Amy provides full-scope nurse midwifery care, including pre-conception, prenatal, labor and delivery, post-partum, gynecology, well-woman exams, and family planning. She is board certified by the American College of Nurse Midwives/American Midwifery Certification Board and has served as a clinical instructor for medical and midwifery students.

Amy is a Wisconsin native. She and her husband have three adult children, three dogs, and a cat, and she is a local cat rescue volunteer.
